Convert a TSC library to SWC.
Usage
1nx generate convert-to-swc ...
21nx g swc ... #same
2By default, Nx will search for convert-to-swc in the default collection provisioned in workspace.json.
You can specify the collection explicitly as follows:
1nx g @nx/js:convert-to-swc ...
2Show what will be generated without writing to disk:
1nx g convert-to-swc ... --dry-run

Convert libs/myapp/mylib to SWC.:
